Intelligence-only platform

MENA Petro delivers analytical and advisory intelligence. It is not an operational control system and must not be used to execute, automate, or authorize physical operations.

No operational liability

Outputs are provided "as-is" for strategic situational awareness. We disclaim liability for decisions taken on the basis of platform outputs.

Data delays

Underlying telemetry (AIS, satellite, market, weather) may be delayed, partial, or unavailable. Replay systems are analytical reconstructions and are non-authoritative.

Redistribution restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, or onward distribution of platform outputs.
• No scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering.
• Reports may be shared only inside the subscribing organization.

Subscription & billing

Manual enterprise billing applies. Access is provisioned upon payment verification by an authorized operator and remains active for the paid period.

Termination

We may suspend access for violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
